By 2028, the U.S. will face 1.76 million unfilled IT jobs. Satisfying the demand for talent will require extensive reskilling and upskilling programs to help non-tech workers make the transition to lucrative roles in the digital economy. In response to this looming shortage, RiseUp with ServiceNow is on a mission to upskill one million people worldwide.
